Shipping and Order Processing Time
We currently deliver to Hong Kong and Macau only. For overseas, please email us at ourpetitestoryhk@gmail.com.
Free Postage / Local Courier Service over HKD1000
For single purchases HKD1000 or above, we offer free postage or local courier service to any commercial, industrial and residential addresses (excluding Ma Wan and Lantau Island) and SF Stations. After the order is confirmed and payment received, the goods will be dispatched within 2-4 working days.
For orders below HKD1000, the delivery cost is to be paid by the recipient on arrival.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number sent to your preferred way of contact.
Should any issues arise causing delay, we will notify you immediately.
If the order fails to be delivered, it will be returned to us, and additional charges may apply if redelivery is requested.
Shipping Information
We use SF Express for local delivery, please provide the recipient's name, telephone number and the address.
Shipping rate by SF Express (for reference only, the actual amount will be subject to the weight recorded in the SF system)
HKD30 for total weight of package below 1kg, for packages over 1kg, HKD6 will be added per 0.5kg.

單次購物滿港幣1000元即可獲免費本地郵寄或快遞服務
單次購物滿港幣1000元即可獲免費本地郵寄或快遞服務至：
- 任何港島、九龍及新界之工業、商業及住宅範圍
- 任何順豐站或智能箱
以上免費運送不包括偏遠地區或離島，包括馬灣、東涌、機場等地區。
低於港幣1000元的訂單，運費將由收貨人支付。
在確認訂單並收到付款後，將在2-4個工作天內發貨。
發貨後，您將通過選擇的聯繫方式收到運單跟踪號。
如出現任何問題導致延誤，我們將立即通知您。
如未能成功送貨，貨件則將退還給我們，如要求重新發送，則需要收取額外運送費用。
運送及費用
我們使用順豐快遞進行本地送貨，落單時請提供收件人的姓名，電話號碼和地址。
運送費用（只供參考，實際費用以SF系統中記錄的重量為準）
包裹總重量少於1公斤 = HKD30，超過1公斤的包裹，每0.5公斤加HKD6。
